Shaz-Sports: A Legacy of Excellence in Sportswear and Gloves

Shaz-Sports®, based in Sialkot, Pakistan, has established itself as a renowned name in the sportswear and goalkeeper gloves industry. Our legacy is deeply rooted in the Padana Group, founded in 1982 by Chairman Ghulam Fareed Padana, which has been at the forefront of leather product manufacturing and export for over 41 years.

The foundation of this prestigious organization was laid by Ch. Muhammad Bashir Padana, a pioneer who began his journey in 1969 as a trainee. Through relentless dedication, hard work, and unmatched expertise, he mastered the art of designing, pattern making, stitching, and leather product manufacturing. After 13 years of honing his skills, he emerged as a leader in gloves and garments production.

Inspired by his dynamic brother, Ch. Abdul Rasheed Padana embarked on his own journey in 1973, gaining hands-on experience for nine years. In 1982, the two visionary brothers combined their skills, expertise, and determination to launch Padana® Gloves Specialist Co. in Sialkot, focusing on producing high-quality gloves and garments.

The success of Padana Group lies in its unwavering commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. The two brothers instilled a powerful mantra in their team: “No Compromise on Quality.” This philosophy, combined with their adherence to timely delivery and industry standards, earned the company accolades, including ISO 9002 Certification and the prestigious World Quality Award from Spain in 1998.

Today, Shaz-Sports represents the third generation of the Padana family, carrying forward the legacy of excellence, family values, and a dedication to innovation. The younger generation has combined their inherited expertise with modern education and business knowledge, ensuring the company remains a leader in the global sportswear and gloves industry.
